Welcome to ZBC Detailing! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our mobile car detailing services and website. By booking a service with ZBC Detailing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

ZBC Detailing offers professional mobile car detailing services at customer-specified locations. Services include, but are not limited to, exterior washes, waxing, interior cleaning, and other detailing treatments. The availability of services may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and vehicle condition.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, website, or social media.

  • Customers must provide accurate information, including service location, vehicle details, and contact information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that are excessively dirty, unsafe, or pose health hazards (e.g., biohazards, infestations).

3. Payments & Deposits

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Our services may be impacted by extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, high winds, etc.). If necessary, we will reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenience.

  • If working conditions at the service location are unsafe (e.g., lack of adequate space, lighting, or hazardous surroundings), we reserve the right to refuse service.
